The Basic Venue Package allows you to do your own decorating for your event. 

 

You are allowed to set up the day of your event or if time and events allow, we will let you come in the night before.

 

The Basic Venue Package includes full day use of our climate controlled facilities with use of:

• Tables and Chairs set as requested

• Gift, Cake, Head Tables and Food Tables skirted

• Guestbook Table in Foyer

• Choice of Backdrop on Stage

• Use of Photo Wall Op

• Use of Bride/Groom Rooms

• Projector and Screen

• Sound System

• Colored Uplighting, Floor Lighting, and Spotlighting

• Covered 1,500 Sq Ft Outdoor Patio with Bar Service Window

 

Gathering Acres will supply staff for cleaning throughout the dinner and at the end of the event.
